Stay & Play Booking & Cancellation Policy 2026

Once initial room bookings & tee times are made for the Stay & Play package it is then payable in full via a secure online payment link. You will have 7 days to make this payment after which the link expiries. If unpaid upon expiration your booking for both golf and accommodation will be released for resale.

If you decide to cancel a confirmed stay & play booking the following will apply:

• If you cancel within 60-89 days of the first date of play, you will receive a 50% refund (less admin / transaction fees).
• If you cancel within 31-59 days of the first date of play, you will not receive any refund but can reschedule your booking before the end of the 2026 season, subject to availability.
• If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the first date of play, you will not receive any refund or a credit to stay & play with us before the season ends.
• Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. We strongly recommend that all guests consider suitable travel insurance.

• Payment is taken at the moment of booking on our booking engine online.
• If you cancel within 60-89 days of the date of stay, you will receive a 50% refund (less admin / transaction fees).

• If you book within 30days of arrival there is no refund or a chance of rescheduling for the season

Booking via email

• All reservations payable in full via a secure online payment link.
• If your reservation is made 30 days prior to arrival you will have 24 hours to make payment otherwise your booking is cancelled and will be released for resale.
• If your booking is made 31 days plus prior to arrival you will have 48 hours to payment after which the link expiries and the booking is cancelled and will be released for resale.
